About Second Star Promotions

Second Star Promotions was born on a convention floor. Back in 2018, two lifelong fans, Chris and Jared, crossed paths at a show, bonded over a shared love of pop culture, and instantly became friends. Having spent years traveling to events, collecting autographs, and eventually managing event logistics and working with talent behind the scenes, we saw firsthand what makes these weekends so magical: the community.

We realized that above everything else, the fans matter first and foremost. Our own experiences ignited a deep passion to help a more diverse group of talent from beloved TV shows and movies find appearance opportunities. We saw a bridge that needed building, a way to connect more actors and personalities with the thriving fandoms eager to meet them. That realization is what drove us to build a dynamic roster completely founded by fandom.
